Joe is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel with more than 35 years of experience. He is a Certified Master Anti–Terrorism Specialist, author, national presenter and information operations and security expert. Joe consults and conducts training for numerous private sector companies, government organizations, law enforcement agencies, academic institutions and communities. His first book, When Terror Comes to Main Street: A Citizens’ Guide to Terror Awareness, Preparedness and Prevention, was published in 2008 by the Special Operations Association.

Raymond Humphrey

Ray is a former Army Colonel, combat veteran, and world–renowned Certified Protection Professional (CPP). Ray provides security, risk management, and business continuity consultancy services to corporations and government entities worldwide. He has the distinction of being the only individual to have served as President of both The American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS–International) and the International Security Management Association (ISMA), the latter of which he co–founded. Ray serves on the Board of Directors for several Fortune 1000 companies.

Mark "Skip" Raimer

Skip Raimer is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel and combat veteran who specializes in data and communication systems design, analysis and integration of logistic support (ILS). Skip has held senior leadership positions in both American and foreign high–tech companies. While in uniform, he served as the Chief of Communications for the Multinational Peacekeeping Force and Observers, directing the design, development, budget, purchase, and installation of the organization's communications infrastructure in Cairo, the Sinai, Egypt, Tel Aviv, Israel and Rome.

Richard Rodriguez

Rich Rodriguez is an Air Force combat veteran who is fluent in Spanish. Rich holds a Master of Science Degree in Telecommunications Management. He taught computer information systems, telecommunications, and business administration as an adjunct professor for Denver and Golden State Universities. Rich has been a program manager, director and vice president with international, telecommunications firms such as Lucent Technologies, Inc. and ICG Telecom, Inc. He recently led a multi–national team preparing video–on–demand solution packages for European service providers.
