Strategic Communication Action Officers Course

Commissioned by and presented to United States Northern Command.

This exclusive, two-day seminar is designed and presented by JPR’s Founder & President, Joe Ruffini. Joe is an Executive Information Operations and Strategic Communications consultant who served the Department of Defense and the White House National Security Council during Operation Iraqi Freedom. A certified U.S. Army Master Instructor and nationally–featured presenter, Joe designed this course to bring action officers and their senior leaders (0-6 level and above) up to speed on the critical importance of U.S. Strategic Communication (SC) to our national security. This course brings even the newest, most inexperienced influence operations players rapidly up on par as knowledgeable, effective operational and strategic communicators.

First presented at United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) –America’s Homeland Defense Command – on 19 - 20 October, 2005, the course received rave reviews from the senior joint officers and their civilian counterparts who attended this inaugural session.
